Google Lens allows you to search the internet using images instead of keywords. Lens search is now built into Google Chrome. This article will show you how to disable Google Lens search in Chrome.
Disable Google Lens Search
Google Lens is an experimental feature at the moment. Google Chrome uses switches called “flags” to test these new features. You can enable or disable these experiments from the chrome://flags page.
To disable Google Lens search:
- Open a new tab and go to chrome://flags.
- Search and locate the following flag: Enable Lens features in Chrome.
- From the drop-down, select Disabled.
- Click the Relaunch button on the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Google Lens search should be disabled now. If you right-click an image now, the Lens search option will not be available.
