How To Keep Videos Running Even When Browser Window Is Obstructed

The current behavior of Chromium-based browsers is that, when the window is minimized, or even completely obstructed by another window, the video playing would not render at all and it stays black (but the audio will stay regardless).

It is, in my understanding, to save resource, perhaps because Chrome is often regarded as memory hog.

But we are often using a browser window for our broadcast, like having to play a YouTube video. We are using OBS and we use video capture to grab the browser to our program.

Our current setup doesn't allow us to use Browser Source for that purpose of playing YouTube videos, though we are using Browser Source for other purposes.

Is there any settings that can force Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers to render video even when obstructed?
