Installed 93.0.4577.85 (Official Build) (64-bit) this morning on my i3 8 GB x360.
Android System Web View (ASWV) had been hanging during updates with some regularity in recent months (and I assume may be the cause of some of my excessive CPU churning).
I'd clobbered it manually multiple times and also had to clear the Play Store app data and cache once to get the ASWV update to proceed beyond "pending" state.
