When I turn off my PC I just use Shut Down. I also don't close any open windows first. As when I turn on my pc after work I just open Chrome/History/16 Tabs/Restore Window. I usually have 3-4 windows open at any given time. So I repeat this process 3-4

I've noticed over the past couple of weeks that occasionally a youtube video in another browser window will randomly pause while I'm doing something else in another browser window or some other program. Any thoughts on how to figure out why this is happening?
