Picked up a Dell Chromebook 11 x86_64 and looking for a simple IDE and/or text editor.

It's already setup and updated. I have put it into developer mode and upgraded to Debian 11 Bullseye and enabled a Linux container for terminal access. It's currently using Chrome 98.blahblahblahwhtever.

I would prefer something that works offline and I have already installed VSCode in Linux container.
