Questions about using a pre-owned Chromebook

Hello all, this community has been great to browse and I had a question I could not answer here or via search for quite some time now and wanted to see if the community could help. I'd love just to compare my system info with others here for a "Sanity check" if possible. I don't have a another system to compare with and search engines could not return a simple screen shot of chrome://system/ and chrome://version for me to really know what a default setup is. I have seen may ID tags but things like the PLATFORM and MODEL being set to Kevin see "off" to me from previous OS experience. I could be wrong and maybe there are good explanations or other use cases.

Backstory: I bought a 4+ year old Samsung Chromebook at a garage sale and I want to make sure there is nothing "left over" from the previous owner. I did a powerwash and hooked it up to a new gmail account and i see no bad activity anywhere in logs but being curious i dug into the android subsystem and into the chrome setting and time and time again i found the name KEVIN. Now, i did read the others having issues changing the "Customization ID" tag but in this case the previous owner name ( perhaps a child based on the crayon markings on this 4+ year old Samsung CB ) of KEVIN is EVERYWHERE. Is the below "normal" in terms of where the owner name would be on a CB? I mean it is in the FIRMWARE and etc? Also some other settings like Enterprise Enrollment and Kiosk mode and etc had me scratching my head. Most of that in the COMMAND LINE field below did not match what i saw in some examples online and I am curious enough to want to ask and paranoid enough ( for now ) to keep it isolated until I understand ChromeOS a bit better.

Relevant fields below: ( as you can imagine it would be hard to explain this to 99.99% of people and google/ddg will not return meaningful results )

I bolded what appears to be a previous username below.

Appreciate any help as to if I have some kind of freak user created firmware or if it is typical for a CB to have about a dozen fields with a USERNAME embedded even after powerwashing and syncing to a brand new gmail account.

Thank you!
